What will be your responsibilities?

• Leading and developing a technical team of 20–30 people, planning capacities and priorities
• Responsible for the technical operation of the information system (L2/L3 support)
• Coordinating and managing the deployment of new system versions
• Close collaboration with development, architecture, testing, and other technical teams
• Involvement in resolving security incidents and other technical issues
• Technical support in data operations (imports, exports)
• Supervising the quality of outputs from internal teams and subcontractors
• Creating and evaluating reports, monitoring SLA and key KPIs
• Participating in project meetings and collaborating with internal stakeholders

What requirements must you meet?

• At least 8 years of experience leading a technical team (20–30 people)
• Technological background: role of developer, architect, or project manager
• Previous experience in a software company (not public administration)
• Strong personality with natural authority and decision-making ability
• Excellent understanding of technical processes, ability to plan and manage complex tasks
• Analytical thinking and ability to work in a multi-project environment
