What awaits you?

• Leading a small team of developers (10 - 12 members): task assignment, progress monitoring, team member support.
• Active participation in software design, implementation, and optimization.
• Ensuring code quality and advancing development standards.
• Collaboration with other departments: development, testing, hardware.
• Solving user problems: analysis and design of functional solutions.
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and architecture design.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of programming in C++ (ideally C++ 17, 20, or newer).
• Experience in leading a small team or project management.
• Basic knowledge of Python.

• Monthly salary in the range of 80,000 - 100,000 CZK.
