Application Architect – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

We are looking for an experienced Application Architect – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for a long-term international project.

• Work mode: Onsite/Remote (as agreed)
• Start date: January 15, 2026
• End date: January 31, 2027
• Rate: approx. 9,000 - 11,000 CZK/MD (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of AEM Sites solutions
• Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experiences
• Ensure seamless integration of AEM with enterprise systems
• Collaborate with UX, development, DevOps, and business teams
• Define and enforce AEM development standards and best practices
• Mentor and guide AEM development teams
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, security, and consistency

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Application Architect with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)
• Hands-on expertise in designing AEM architecture, including components, templates, workflows, and content structures
• Strong experience with system integrations, including CRM, analytics platforms, DAM, marketing automation tools, SSO, and RESTful APIs
• Understanding of AEM deployment models, migration strategies, and Cloud Service upgrades
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with DevOps teams
• Ability to optimize performance, configure Dispatcher, and enforce coding/design standards
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
