What to expect in this position?

• 💼 Leading a small development team – task assignment, progress monitoring, member support (10-12 members).
• 🔧 Active participation in development – design, implementation, and optimization of SW.
• 🛠️ Ensuring code quality and advancing development standards.
• 🤝 Collaboration with other departments – from development to testing.
• 💡 Solving user issues – analysis and design of functional solutions.
• 📄 Creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

What are we looking for?

• 🖥️ Excellent knowledge of C++, ideally C++ 17, 20 or newer.
• 👥 Experience in leading a team or projects.
• 🐍 Basic knowledge of Python.
