What Awaits You:

• Project Management: Responsibility for leading interior projects from planning to client handover.
• Team Leadership: Leading and developing a team of project managers of approximately 10 people.
• Team Coordination: Collaboration with installation teams and the design department.
• Quality and Efficiency: Quality control, budget and deadline management, and seeking process innovations.
• Collaboration: Communication with the sales department, architects, and clients.
• Team Motivation: Building an open and collaborative culture.

What We Expect From You:

• Technical education is an advantage.
• Experience in interior projects or construction fit-outs.
• Team leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Good knowledge of construction and carpentry technologies.
• Communicative and proactive approach.

• Salary of 80,000 - 100,000 CZK per month.
