Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage benefits including enrollment and withdrawal processes.
- Input and verify data in our internal system for accuracy and completeness.
- Support payroll preparation activities with diligence and precision.
- Address queries from employees, managers, and HR with clarity and professionalism.
- Handle and protect sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Prepare and submit vendor reports periodically.
What We Need from You:
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and French languages.
- Proven experience in administrative roles or customer service positions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Strong teamwork abilities in an international context.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR or as a Payroll Specialist is advantageous.
