Your Role

As a Remote HR Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and managers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities include:

• Logging contacts into our case management system
• Resolving queries using our documentation and SOPs
• Escalating unresolved issues efficiently
• Identifying gaps in documentation and suggesting improvements
• Generating and analyzing reports

What We Expect

• Fluent English and advanced German proficiency (B2 level)
• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• A proactive, communicative personality
• Legal right to work in the Czech Republic

Additional Details

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract Type: One-year contract with the possibility of extension

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
