Key Account / Sales Assistant

We are a young company from Prague producing smart power sockets for B2B / Industrial customers. We sell our products worldwide. We are looking for a Sales Assistant who will be able to support our sales team. You will be responsible for many of our current and future customers. Daily work

• Communication support for international sales team (building rapport, sending reminders to customers, monitoring partners/distributors/competitors etc.)
• Providing product, promotion and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions
• Using CRM & keeping it up to date
• Resolving customer orders and forwarding to expedition warehouse
• Visiting exhibitions/customers around the world few times a year
• Small ad hoc tasks

You should know

• English and at least basic Czech, other languages are a plus of course, but not mandatory
• Proactive approach, ideas for improvement
• Independence with support from our team, organized person
• Responsibility, reliability
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in Services / Sales positions is welcome
• You are a positive person with out of the box thinking
• Interest in technology or basic electrical/IT background is welcome, but not mandatory
