Greetings from META IT!

For over 17 years, we have been immersed in programming. We focus on custom software development and creating complex IT solutions, but that's not all. We also engage in outsourcing IT specialists and developers for our partners and clients. And for this, we are looking for reinforcement.

Not just anyone. We are looking for a leader who can earn trust, understand the client's needs, and provide the people they can't do without.

What you will do

  • Seek new clients – from startups to corporations that need developers or entire teams for their projects
  • Build relationships – long-term, humanly, but also with clear business goals
  • Call, write, meet – because this business is about trust and partnership
  • Lead the sales process from A to Z – first contact, offer, negotiation, contract, onboarding, support
  • Respond to market needs – clients sometimes want .NET, other times React, sometimes DevOps. And ideally as soon as possible
  • Work with CRM – without clean data, you are blind. And a blind salesperson is… well, an unemployed salesperson

What we expect

  • Drive and energy that won't be extinguished by the first "no"
  • Quick thinking – every client is different and needs a different approach
  • Courage to approach a completely unknown company and start from scratch
  • Ideally, experience with IT outsourcing or a recruitment agency – if you know what "outsourcing" and "bench" mean, you have an advantage
  • Ability to speak and write clearly, factually, and convincingly
  • Ability to maintain relationships – not just close a deal, but also develop it further
