π What will be your tasks?
- Take care of existing customers - you will be the key contact for assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction and finding ways to help them grow with our solution. π
- Acquire new customers - actively seek new business opportunities and expand our customer portfolio. π
- Consulting and support - presenting Displio solutions to customers, tailoring proposals, and coordinating their implementation. π‘
- Team collaboration - working hand in hand with marketing, development, and other departments to always prioritize customer needs. π€
π‘ What do we expect from you?
- Experience in a similar position in sales or customer care (min. 2 years). π
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships. π€
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. π£οΈ
- English at a communicative level - both spoken and written. π¬π§
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently. π
- An advantage is experience with CRM HubSpot. π οΈ
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions or technology is an advantage but not a prerequisite. π»
