Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal users via internal chat, email, and ticketing system.
  • Own and resolve tickets within SLA.
  • Identify and rectify technical errors to enhance application performance.
  • Collaborate with teams and third-party vendors to address bugs.
  • Assist with application deployments and updates.
  • Participate in project management related to applications.
  • Assist in testing new application features and provide feedback to development teams and vendors.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Create support documentation for our knowledge base.

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both internal team and client-focused.
  • Familiarity with database management, SQL, Linux, and Windows servers.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Keen in identifying technology and process improvements.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in English and Czech.
