We are looking for an experienced IT specialist to join our team and take responsibility for IT support for our European branches in the Czech Republic, France, Germany, and Spain. If you are interested in a dynamic work environment and international cooperation, look no further!

What awaits you?

• Providing first-level IT support both locally and remotely.
• Quick and effective resolution of common IT incidents and user requests.
• Installation and configuration of workstations including PCs, laptops, and tablets.
• Basic network management and associated devices.
• Support and installation of printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Maintenance and configuration of IT infrastructure across our European branches.
• Creation and updating of documentation for IT processes.
• Close cooperation with our international IT team in the USA.

What do we expect from you?

• Secondary/University education ideally in a technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support.
• Excellent knowledge of PCs, hardware, and network management.
• Fluent Czech and English.
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and solve problems.
• Willingness to occasionally travel abroad for business.
