Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the L1 technical support for employees, handling queries in person, via chat, or email.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and equipment for new hires.
- Install and reinstall Windows/macOS, configure company tools, and manage user accounts.
- Enroll and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and follow internal standards.
- Manage and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
- Support office IT setups, including docking stations and network checks.
- Take ownership of the IT asset inventory over time.
- Create and maintain documentation and how-tos for users.
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications
Mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in internal IT/support roles.
- Practical experience with Windows and/or macOS devices.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for OS/software issues.
- Understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Proficiency in Czech or Slovak; working knowledge of English.
- Organized, reliable, with a service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work primarily on-site in Prague, with occasional remote work.
Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar MDM solutions.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Interest in the crypto/blockchain/fintech field (not required).
