Your Responsibilities:

• Draft and manage offer letters in both English and Romanian
• Oversee employment checks, including drug and medical screenings
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure seamless candidate communication
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of candidate data
• Contribute to reporting, administrative tasks, and process improvements
• Support local and global stakeholders in recruitment processes

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HR/TA coordination or administration
• Fluency in English and Romanian (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and reporting skills
• Experience using Workday or other HR systems
• Hands-on experience with pre-boarding and contract generation
