Join Our Team as a Senior HR Specialist!

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a knack for navigating international environments? Do you excel in multilingual settings? We are looking for someone just like you to join our client’s dynamic team as a Senior HR Specialist. With a focus on HR transformation and employee engagement, you will play a critical role in driving HR strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR and compensation & benefits processes
  • Collaborate on HR program implementations
  • Lead HR projects like process standardization
  • Serve as a communication conduit for employees and managers
  • Audit HR data for accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with HRBPs on compensation projects
  • Provide training for the HR community
  • Implement changes in collective bargaining agreements
  • Support and coordinate mobility programs
  • Collaborate with the HR Delivery team for operational success

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in an international setting
  • Fluency in Polish, Dutch, and English
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Solid grasp of HR practices and labor laws
  • Compensation and benefits knowledge advantageous
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
