We are looking for someone just like you to join our client’s dynamic team as a Senior HR Specialist. With a focus on HR transformation and employee engagement, you will play a critical role in driving HR strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR and compensation & benefits processes
- Collaborate on HR program implementations
- Lead HR projects like process standardization
- Serve as a communication conduit for employees and managers
- Audit HR data for accuracy and compliance
- Partner with HRBPs on compensation projects
- Provide training for the HR community
- Implement changes in collective bargaining agreements
- Support and coordinate mobility programs
- Collaborate with the HR Delivery team for operational success
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in an international setting
- Fluency in Polish, Dutch, and English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Solid grasp of HR practices and labor laws
- Compensation and benefits knowledge advantageous
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
