Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage offer letters in the local language.
  • Initiate and track employment checks, including drug and medical screenings, ensuring any discrepancies are documented.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear communication with candidates.
  • Assist with varied administrative tasks and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Support our local and global stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in HR or TA coordination or administration.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German (C1 level).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting.
  • Pre-boarding Expertise: Experience in pre-boarding or contract generation is a plus.
