Your key responsibilities

• Project & Program Management: Lead planning, resourcing, budgeting, and execution for high-impact projects.
• Financial Management: Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring compliance with financial controls.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate seamless cooperation between technical, IT, marketing, aftersales, quality, and controlling teams.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, conduct assessments, and outline robust mitigation or contingency strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Evaluate project outcomes using clear performance metrics, driving iterative improvement through data-driven decisions.
• Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documents to ensure transparency and ongoing knowledge transfer.
• Product Roadmap Development: Craft, update, and prioritize a detailed product roadmap focusing on business value and customer impact.
• Requirements Definition: Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product specifications in collaboration with technical teams.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze, document, and optimize business processes within the G3C department to meet compliance and industry standards.

  • Proven track record in program/project management (planning, budget management, resource coordination).
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management for projects, including budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
  • Fluent in time management—skilled at keeping projects on schedule and problem-solving delays.
  • Proficient in using metrics to monitor, evaluate, and drive project success.
  • Solid experience with product life cycle management, roadmaps, and requirement definition.
  • Skilled in business analysis and process optimization.
• Preferred:
  • Familiarity with connectivity solutions and related industry standards/regulations.
  • Experience in automotive, tech, or connected services domains.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management or business analysis tools.
