Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating orders from demand to mass production.
• Communicating with customers, preparing offers, and negotiating contracts.
• Proposing tailored technical solutions.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Creating business plans and strategies.
• Close cooperation with manufacturing, quality, technology, and logistics.
• Regular reporting to management and tracking goal achievement.

What do we expect from you?

• Secondary/higher education in a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Independence, responsibility, and the ability to follow through.
• Communicative level of English.
• Driver's license category B.
