About the Role
As a skilled DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Data Management & Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will be managing the data warehouse for parcels in Germany, with a main focus on Teradata development projects. You will also be engaging in cross-border collaborations with teams in Germany and the Czech Republic.
Key Responsibilities
- Work fully remote, aiding in the development of interfaces and applications for data warehouse infrastructure.
- Maintain and enhance our client's data warehouse systems.
- Participate in developmental projects involving interfaces and applications.
- Develop artifacts and ensure applications are developer-tested and ready for launch.
Required Experience
Must-have Technical Skills
- Teradata Development: Advanced proficiency.
- BTQ Scripting: Strong experience.
- GIT-Hub: Competent in version control.
Language Proficiency
- German: Minimum B2 level; C level preferred.
- English proficiency.
Nice-to-have Technical Skills
- Wherescape: Knowledge of scheduling technology.
- Unix/Shell Scripting: Basic understanding.
- Prior experience in data warehouse projects.
