Key Responsibilities:

Lead agile digitalisation projects using PEGA, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Design and conceptualise IT strategies and target architectures in partnership with your team.
Analyse technical requirements and configure PEGA solutions to meet client needs.
Map user stories and epics to develop solutions that enhance user experience.
Work closely with business architects and project management to optimise processes.

What You Bring:

Extensive experience in PEGA implementation projects.
Expertise in model-based business solutions and applications.
Current PEGA Lead System Architect or Senior System Architect certification.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages like Java or C#.
Advanced English (min. B2); German proficiency is a plus.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Proactive, with effective problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
