Your mission: Architecture without borders 🌍 As a Group Integration Lead, you won't just "click" connections. You'll define the language our systems speak. You'll work on greenfield projects and modernize existing solutions in a dynamic environment where IT is seen as a key business driver.
What will your job entail?
- Integration Roadmap: You'll have the final say on our integration path (API-first, event-driven, hybrid cloud).
- Platform Ownership: Manage and develop our integration platforms, ensuring their stability and scalability.
- Leadership & Vision: Lead a community of integration specialists across countries, setting standards and best practices.
- Cross-border collaboration: Be a bridge between business and tech teams in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, and Italy.
- Innovation: Constantly seek ways to accelerate data flow and simplify our processes.
What do you need?
- Senior experience with integration architecture (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
- Understanding of terms like REST, SOAP, Kafka, Event Grid or Microservices and knowing when to use them.
- Experience in leading people or at least mentoring and a desire to set direction.
- Ability to explain complex technical matters to business and vice versa.
- English proficiency to lead workshops or negotiate architecture.

- Online meeting with the recruiter – we'll introduce the company, team, and role, and you'll tell us something about yourself.
- First round – meeting with your future boss, discussing technical vision and your approach to integrations.
- Second round – discussion over a prepared case study, with another team member and the CIO present.
