What will your job entail?

• Development and implementation of AI solutions focused on automation, smart assistants, and chatbots including RAG systems.
• Collaboration with developers and analysts to integrate AI into key internal processes.
• Design and execution of PoC, their testing, and deployment into production environment.
• Operation of open-source LLM models like LLaMA or Gemma on our infrastructure.
• Utilization of embeddings and vector databases for model integration.

What do we expect from you?

• Practical experience in designing and deploying AI solutions in a production environment.
• Good knowledge of Python and libraries like scikit-learn, PyTorch, HuggingFace, or LangChain.
• Experience in designing RAG systems or assistant agents.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI or open-source LLM is an advantage.
• Ability to design technical architecture and collaborate with the development team (knowledge of the Java ecosystem is an advantage).
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps is not mandatory but advantageous.
