🛠 Where and on what will you be working?

These individuals are the technical backbone of the team, responsible for the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions targeting the specific engineer roles focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI solutions in general.

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with extensive expertise in large language models to drive our development initiatives in AI. This role focuses on the practical application of LLM technologies to innovate and enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced large language model (LLM) based systems.
• Overall understanding of different LLM models, especially OpenAI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially developers) to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead technical projects and initiatives related to LLMs, including system optimization and scalability improvements.
• Integrate LangChain technology to streamline interactions between language models and structured data.
• Conduct experiments to refine and adapt AI solutions to specific industry needs, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Work collaboratively with product teams to integrate AI technologies into user-centric solutions.
• Contribute to research initiatives and publish findings in major technology conferences and journals.

🎯 Requirements:

• Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing RAG/CAG systems, particularly for complex data extraction and analysis.
• Extensive experience with programming and data analysis tools (including Node.js experience).
• Strong foundation in experimental design and a research-oriented approach to problem-solving in data science.
• Demonstrated expertise in the large language models and agentic platforms.
• Strong experience in programming and AI modelling, and familiarity with AI frameworks.
• Proven capability in AI projects, particularly involving natural language processing and machine learning applications.
• Understanding of technical infrastructure in large corporations, especially AZURE environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a portfolio of deploying effective AI solutions in real-world settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud technologies and modern practices to deploy and scale AI models.
• Experience with Node.js
• Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English and Czech.
