For our client who focuses onto capital markets and trading of shares and other securities, we are looking for candidates for the position of
Connectivity Officer. In your new position you will be assisting B2B clients (large financial institutions operating on the market) in implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting connectivity products. The type of tasks is highly diversified.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Implement Connectivity setup (SWIFT Reports Scheduling)
- Accounts configuration and maintenance
- Advise customers on the day-to-day usage of connectivity media and assist clients in finding a solution to technical issues
- Analyze customer connectivity profiles/requirements/issues and make recommendations
- Train customers on the connectivity products
- Participate in the connectivity product requirement review and development process
Qualifications/required skills
- Written & spoken English as English is the primary means of communication
- German or any other language are of advantage
- Excellent customer oriented communication as well as strong analytical skills
- Strong problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work as part of the team
- PC literate
- Interest in financial markets and open-minded approach towards IT infrastructure
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and prioritise tasks
