We are looking for a senior analyst for our client in the insurance sector to develop online claims reporting. The aim is to increase the share of online reporting, introduce self-settlement of selected claims, and streamline process automation.
Project Information
- We meet at the office 3 times a week, and the rest of the days we have the option to work remotely
- Ideal start date as soon as possible, no later than 1.5.2025
- Duration of cooperation is 1 year with the possibility of extension
What to Expect
- Collaboration with business architects to develop business requirements
- Formulation of specific requirements into a functional proposal (functional design)
- Expanding and updating existing documentation (more than 100 screens and integration descriptions)
- Description of rules, registers, and processes associated with the new functionality
- Design of interactive forms and support for their configurability
- Preparation of assignments for the IT development team
- Collaboration with integration teams and ensuring alignment of changes with all affected systems
- Design of test circuits for individual functions (in collaboration with test analysts)
- Active participation in analytical workshops, presentation of proposals, and their fine-tuning with other team members
What We Need
- Experience in the field: 3 years and more
- Professional experience:
- Experience as a business or IT analyst for at least 3 - 5 years
- Experience with the analysis of web applications and digital forms
- Ability to read and expand complex documentation written in Confluence
- Experience with designing integration scenarios (REST API, data flows, external integrations)
- Necessary knowledge of non-life insurance (advantage is knowledge in the area of claims settlement)
- Systematic and independent approach to work
- Excellent communication skills, ability to moderate analytical workshops
- Technologies:
- Necessary experience with tools like Enterprise Architect, Confluence, Jira
- Experience with process analysis in Enterprise Architect
- Language requirements:
- Czech
- Advantage:
- Orientation in insurance-technical systems
- Practical experience with designing test scenarios
