Your role:

• Lead a team of 20–30 members, plan capacities, and set priorities.
• Be responsible for the technical operation of the information system, including L2/L3 support.
• Coordinate and manage the deployment of new system versions.
• Collaborate with other teams on security and technical solutions.
• Monitor the quality of outputs from internal teams and subcontractors.
• Create and evaluate reports, monitor SLA and key KPIs.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate on system development.

What we expect from you:

• At least 8 years of experience leading a technical team of 20–30 people.
• Technological background from a position as a developer, architect, or project manager.
• Previous experience in a software company: Public administration is not accepted.
• Strong personality with natural authority and decision-making ability.
• Excellent orientation in technical processes and ability to plan complex tasks.
• Analytical thinking and handling multiple parallel projects.

Salary offer: 100000 - 150000 CZK per month
