Your Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the effective delivery of infrastructure and security projects.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT managers and technical experts.
• Contribute to global OT security projects and implement their execution.
• Deliver technical projects in accordance with industry standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate third parties and service providers, resolving issues as needed.
• Ensure effective technical support for customers and branches.
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery of projects within the budget.

What We Expect from You:

• Strong background in managing and delivering infrastructure/security projects and cloud migrations.
• University degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki SD-WAN solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills (for both technical and non-technical audiences).
• Experience of over 5 years in infrastructure management with a proven leadership role.
• Certification/experience in project management.
• ITIL or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication in English, both technical and non-technical.
