What will your responsibilities be?

• Leading Identity & Access Management (IAM): Design and implement secure and scalable identity solutions.
• Seamless Authentication Architecture: Create and optimize processes for Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth2, OIDC, PKI, and PSD2 SCA.
• Hands-on Development: Program in JavaScript or Java, create extensible IAM APIs for integration across applications.
• Security in DevSecOps: Collaborate with teams to implement identity-first principles.
• Innovate with Ping Solutions: Implement custom authentication mechanisms like PingAM, SSO via PingGateway, and dynamic proxies.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends and enhance our IAM capabilities.

Who are we looking for?

• More than 5 years of experience: In the field of IAM with practical knowledge.
• Leadership Experience: (Project Lead, Tech Lead, or Team Lead).
• Mastery of IAM: Extensive experience with authentication protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, PKI, PSD2 SCA.
• Programming Skills: JavaScript or Java, ability to design stable IAM APIs.
• Work Authorization: Valid work permit for the Czech market.
• Bonus Knowledge: Implementation of PingAM, PingGateway, and PingIDM.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to influence architecture, manage risks, and align with business goals.
• Imaginative Engineer: Enjoy solving complex tasks and balancing technical depth with strategy.
