Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage offer letters for candidates.
- Initiate and monitor employment checks, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle confidential candidate data with the highest standards of accuracy.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with candidate communications.
- Assist in reporting, administrative tasks, and process improvement.
- Liaise with local and global stakeholders to support recruitment needs.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of HR/TA coordination or administrative experience.
- Fluency in both English and Slovenian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with reporting experience.
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with pre-boarding or contract generation processes.
Location & Contract:
Location: Prague 4
Start date: 1st February 2026
Contract length: 12 months
Monthly Salary: 50,000 CZK
