What to expect:

• Preparation and management of supplier contracts, order placement
• Documentation management for individual components
• Inventory management and control, report creation
• Conducting tenders, price checks, and selection processes
• Collaboration during external audits and ensuring necessary documentation

Requirements:

• Secondary or university education
• Responsibility, precision, independence
• Communication skills and teamwork
• Proficient in PC use (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with procurement, orders, and documentation management
• Familiarity with inventory management and reporting
• Knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
• Knowledge of foreign languages (advantageous)
