• Skilfully escalate unresolved queries.
• Identify and collaborate on filling gaps in our supporting documentation and process improvement.
• Contribute to our reporting processes, ensuring keen attention to detail.

Position is set to kick off ASAP, with the convenience of working remotely or from our Prague 8 office. Brace yourself for an exhilarating full-time (40 h/w) journey on a one-year contract, with a great possibility of extension based on your amazing performance.

Are You The One We're Looking For?

Our ideal candidate will:

• Possess fluent English and advanced French (B2 level).
• Have prior experience in customer service.
• Show proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Be willing to work in shifts, bringing flexibility and readiness to the table.
• Have a proactive and communicative personality, keeping team spirits high.
• Be legally eligible to work in the Czech Republic.
