Join our team as a Serial Quality Engineer!

Do you have technical thinking and enjoy communicating with customers? We are looking for a dedicated expert for the position of Serial Quality Engineer, where you will have the opportunity to actively participate in process improvement and enhancing the quality of our products. Your experience and ideas will find proper application here!

What to expect:

• Resolving quality discrepancies and complaints according to defined methodology
• Updating and improving the warranty claims database
• Data analysis and reporting of key quality indicators
• Participation in quality circles and support for process improvement projects
• Recording complaints and associated costs
• Communication with customers regarding technical aspects and internal sharing of results
• Meeting deadlines and following supervisor's instructions

What we expect from you:

• Secondary education in a technical field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, mechatronics)
• Very good knowledge of English (for active communication with customers)
• At least 2 years of experience in quality in the automotive industry
• Experience with handling customer complaints
• Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5Why, FMEA, Ishikawa, 6S)
• Familiarity with electronic systems (advantageous: ASPICE, LIN, CAN bus)
• Analytical and logical thinking, ability to work with data
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Independence, responsibility, and precision
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and solve problems
