We are looking for an organized expert for the position of Quality Management System Specialist (QMS) for an automotive company in the Českobudějovicko area. If you value order, precision, and want to move the quality department forward, you are the right person!

What awaits you:

• Collaboration on the creation, maintenance, and development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Management of quality documentation – procedures, forms, records – and support of internal audits.
• Preparation of materials for internal and external audits and active participation in their process.
• Support in implementing corrective actions and improving company processes.
• Helping colleagues understand and adhere to QMS rules, including training.
• Maintaining the quality system clear, up-to-date, and well-organized.

What we expect from you:

• Secondary/University education.
• English for everyday use – spoken and written form.
• Experience in quality in the automotive industry, ideally in a similar position.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• High level of organization, precision, and systematic approach.
