We are looking for an experienced HR specialist to join our international team. This role offers a wide range of activities from recruitment to administration and the opportunity to contribute to improving HR processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Close cooperation with the HR team in managing HR processes and administration
• Managing recruitment process
• Managing and updating HR systems (e.g., SAP HR/OM Modules – SuccessFactors, Cominfo)
• Ensuring complete HR administration – onboarding, changes, and termination of employment
• Communicating with employees regarding HR processes, benefits, and company rules
• Managing personal information, employment contracts, benefits, and other documents
• Managing attendance, absences, and overtime of employees
• Organizing training including OHS
• Collaborating on improving HR processes and ensuring compliance with labor legislation

Requirements:

• University degree in HR, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in operational HR
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HR systems (e.g., SAP HR/OM Modules – SuccessFactors)
• Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and proactive approach
