Your Main Responsibilities
- Administer and manage employee benefits effectively.
- Prepare and harmonize labor contracts in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure HR processes comply with French Law, managing policies such as car and travel.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual social declarations, including taxes and insurance.
- Maintain and manage HR administration and Workday tools efficiently.
- Organize medical visits and oversee car fleet management.
- Translate HR documents into French as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR administration within an international company.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Expert Knowledge: Extensive understanding of French labor law.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ideally SAP HCM.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities, with an adaptive mindset.
