Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits, including adjudication and enrollment.
- Input and maintain accurate data in our internal system.
- Support and prepare payroll activities diligently.
- Address queries from employees, managers, and HR representatives.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Prepare vendor reports and maintain professional relations.
What We Need From You:
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Italian.
- Experience: Previous administrative or customer service experience is essential.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Word, with a keen eye for detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within an international team.
- Advantage: Experience in HR or as a Payroll Specialist is a plus.
Contract Details:
