Join Our Team as an HR Administrator! 🌟

Do you have advanced English skills and a knack for administrative work? Are you interested in diving into the world of Human Resources? If working in a multinational environment excites you, we have an opportunity for you in Prague 8. 🚀

Your Role

  • Manage benefits including adjudication, enrollment, and withdrawal.
  • Input and control data within our internal system.
  • Support payroll preparation activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, managers, and HR queries.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Carry out vendor reporting.

Job Offer Details

Our contract is initially for 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance. We are looking to start this position as soon as possible.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks or customer service is essential.
  • Experience in an HR or Payroll Specialist role is advantageous.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Ability to thrive in an international team setting.
