Senior QA/Testing Specialist - Digitalization Project Tekies

We are Tekies and we contribute to a significant digitalization project for a major client. We are looking for an experienced QA/Testing Specialist who will ensure that implemented solutions are reliable, thoroughly vetted, and ready for production.

What You Will Do

• Translate business requirements and process logic into validation scenarios and test cases.
• Execute and evaluate tests and provide quick feedback on the quality of the solution.
• Design verification strategies and quality control plans for complex IT projects with multiple integration links (ERP, BPM, integration platforms).
• Create and maintain various types of tests: functional (SIT, UAT), regression, integration, performance, and automated.
• Document and manage testing using tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, JMeter).
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and developers on systematic verification of the quality of deliveries.

What We Expect From You

• Proven experience in designing and performing test scenarios and cases (test cases) on large IT projects (budgets over 50 million CZK/year).
• Experience in creating and executing verification strategies for systems with complex architecture and at least 5 integration links.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, performance, and automated testing.
• Knowledge and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, JMeter.
• Systematic approach to testing, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate results.
