ORGANIZATIONAL BRAIN. SMILE AT THE RECEPTION. CERTAINTY IN THE CALENDAR. We are looking for a colleague who will ensure that our office in Prague 5 runs smoothly and with a smile. Can you manage several things at once? Do you enjoy organizing, communicating, and taking care of an environment where people feel good? And you don't mind checking the email or calendar of our CEO and CTO to keep things in order? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

What will you do?

  • Welcome guests and take care of the reception (first impression is crucial).
  • Keep the office under control – from coffee orders to ensuring the projector works.
  • Oversee the calendars and emails of management (CEO & CTO) – so they know when and where they need to be.
  • Support the team – just be the reliable person everyone can count on.
  • Working hours ideally 8:30–14:00 (leaving time for family or personal projects).
