We are looking for a Senior ITSM / ITIL Designer from the banking sector who can quickly assess the readiness of IT operations before the go-live.
Your task will be to design and set up key ITIL processes in compliance with regulations (Czech National Bank), including monitoring, logging, and incident management.
We are not looking for a pure process person, but a hands-on expert who understands technical operations and can work with tools and data.
The role has a clear goal: to define the minimum for the start and a realistic plan for further stabilization.
Project contract for a very experienced professional.
