Software Developer for Charging Systems (f/m/d)

• Are you interested in Electric mobility and want to shape a more sustainable future? We would like to expand our team by a Software Developer to support us in our mission to accomplish this vision.
• The Charging System team is mostly focusing on Software Development and its Validation of a variety of systems related to Electric mobility, predominantly in the areas of charging infrastructure (AC Fast Charging, DC High Power Charging) as well as in components located in Electric Vehicles themselves.
• To enrich our team, we are looking for a new member that has hands-on programming experience and is keen on becoming an expert in Electric mobility and its related standards (OCPP2.0, EEBus, ISO15118, …) by implementing and/or validating respective Software.

Tasks

• Implementation of Software in automotive systems in C/C++
• Collaboration with other team members on Software Validation
• Collaboration with other team members to contribute to the Continuous Integration and Development process
• Supporting the creation of Software architecture and specification
• Cooperation with other project teams and suppliers
• Demonstration and presentation of implemented functionalities

Requirements

• Degree with technical focus in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or Control Engineering preferred
• Good working knowledge in C/C++
• Knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Experience working with Agile Project Management methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• You speak and write English very well, German is an advantage
• You work service-, team- and target-oriented, are self-confident and flexible and always have an eye for the essential

Nice to have:

• Experience in the field of Electric mobility
• Absolved Certified Scrum Master – CSM® course
• Good working knowledge of other programming/scripting languages such as Python, C# and Bash
• Knowledge of IT Security/Cryptography
• Experience with Atlassian Tools, Gitlab
