Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 6-8 testers with expertise in payment authorizations, covering various channels like in-shop, mobile, internet, and ATMs
• Manage project requirements, change requests, defects, and incidents efficiently
• Plan assignments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis while managing priorities and ad-hoc tasks
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and analysts to understand and implement requirements
• Supervise the entire test management cycle for different testing phases, including system tests, UAT, and pre-production testing
• Drive testing automation and ensure continuous improvement and scaling of automated test scenarios
• Report progress and findings to supervisors and management

You’re the Perfect Fit If You Have:

• Senior-level expertise in payment authorization
• An ISTQB certificate, preferably as a Test Manager
• Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written
• A strong background in testing, ideally as a former tester
• Deep understanding of various testing methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle stress and resolve conflicts
• Strong analytical skills to identify weaknesses and propose improvements in testing and methodologies
