Your Role & Key Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact, enterprise-level projects for recognized Banking and Financial Services clients.
• Perform advanced data analysis, data mining, data modeling, and data mapping activities.
• Participate in solution design for international initiatives across Central and South-Eastern Europe.
• Deliver intelligence and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for large-scale customers.
• Collaborate with a skilled, mission-driven team truly invested in making data matter.

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory:
  • Strong hands-on background in business/data analysis and SQL or PL/SQL.
  • Practical knowledge of data mining and warehousing concepts.
  • Previous experience within the banking or finance domain.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach.
  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
• Preferred:
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts and metadata tools (e.g., PowerDesigner, BI Architect).
  • Consulting expertise and proactive attitude to tackle challenges.
  • German language skills (a strong advantage).
