Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, designers, and other squad members throughout all phases of product development, particularly in preparing technical designs.
• Implement code based on technical designs, prepare unit tests, and conduct code reviews and refactoring as required.
• Take technical ownership of selected components or modules and enhance the code quality.
• Prepare technology upgrades and address technical debts.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents and issues, serving as the third level of technical support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a backend developer with strong knowledge of Java, Spring framework, RESTful APIs, and related technologies (minimum 2 years of full-time development experience and participation in at least 2 different projects).
• The ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and architectures.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with product owners, analysts, and other team members.
• A pragmatic and proactive attitude with the ability to work with incomplete specifications and shifting priorities.
• Ownership of tasks and responsibility for delivering practical solutions.
