Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee management and implementation of critical IT security projects.
• Craft and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and organizational charts.
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architecture teams for optimal solution design.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and hosting partners effectively.
• Ensure adherence to UITS quality standards and proactive risk management.
• Lead project communications through kick-off meetings, status updates, and reporting.

Who We're Looking For:

• University degree in business informatics, business administration, mathematics, or similar fields.
• Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, especially in financial or insurance sectors.
• Expertise in project management, with IT project experience being advantageous.
• Proficiency in portfolio management tools, ideally CAPPM, and MS Office suite.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, with German being a plus.
• Adept at setting priorities, achieving goals reliably, and fostering constructive relationships.
