Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee management and implementation of critical IT security projects.
- Craft and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and organizational charts.
- Collaborate with enterprise and solution architecture teams for optimal solution design.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and hosting partners effectively.
- Ensure adherence to UITS quality standards and proactive risk management.
- Lead project communications through kick-off meetings, status updates, and reporting.
Who We're Looking For:
- University degree in business informatics, business administration, mathematics, or similar fields.
- Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, especially in financial or insurance sectors.
- Expertise in project management, with IT project experience being advantageous.
- Proficiency in portfolio management tools, ideally CAPPM, and MS Office suite.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, with German being a plus.
- Adept at setting priorities, achieving goals reliably, and fostering constructive relationships.
