About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Java programming (both frontend and backend) for the POS systems in new contracts
• Ongoing support and further development of the POS
• Automation of work processes, including mass processing of contract changes
• Support for sales
• Assistance with questions regarding the use of the POS
• Close cross-team collaboration in life insurance

What We Are Looking For

• Solid knowledge in Java programming
• Experience with other object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C++, VBA)
• Knowledge of corporate life insurance is an advantage
• Relevant education/studies in fields like computer science or actuarial mathematics are an advantage
• Affinity for IT tools (Excel, SQL, Confluence, Jira)
• Highly independent, responsible, and results-oriented personality
• Proactive and constructive teamwork
• Strong team player with a focus on quality and sustainable work
