What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of banking and insurance group cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate closely with local cybersecurity and IT teams across the region.
• Develop and communicate procedures, reports, and deploy permanent control plans.
• Monitor compliance failures and support integration of security standards.
• Identify, manage risks, and contribute to the group's Cyber Security and DORA improvement programs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security.
• Proven expertise in risk monitoring, analysis, and business continuity.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills to drive change.
