Your Key Responsibilities 📋

• Manage and optimize the card system integrated with the bank's other communication channels.
• Draft, archive business tasks, and standardize processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external suppliers to gather and analyze business and technical needs.
• Prepare solution proposals based on technical and functional specifications.
• Provide business application testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
• Contribute to the guidance and development of work procedures and methodologies.

Experience & Expertise Required 🎓

• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in finance or banking.
• Proven ability to resolve incidents flexibly and effectively.
• Profound knowledge of card systems is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and fundamental IT knowledge are beneficial.
• Proficient in English and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Necessary experience with card processing, product management of payment cards (minimum 3 years), and implementation of migration projects.
