Test Engineer with Python Prague

We are far more than a pure marketplace organizer for the trading in shares. It is a transaction services provider covering the full value chain of trading, clearing, settlement and market data.

We are looking for a dedicated test engineer to join our IT hub in Prague and help us with the functional and technical tests of the risk management system.

As part of a multi-year project, the Data Management team is currently working on the development of a new risk and market data platform. The team is dedicated to creating innovative functionalities within a microservices-based, cloud-native architecture to meet customer needs. Beyond the implementation and configuration of data management features, such as data cleansing, the team is also focused on establishing interfaces for the parallel development of the risk calculation platform.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of two years commercial experience in software testing
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Linux, command line and scripting
• Experience with Jira, Git/GitHub
• Working proficiency and communication skills in English

NICE TO HAVE

• Basic knowledge of financial markets (bonds, equities, interest rate swaps, futures, options)
• Experience with containerization and cloud technologies (GCP, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Experience with distributed, in-memory databases
• Experience with Grafana
