What will your job entail?

• Analysis and design of solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders, transforming requirements into technical designs.
• Development and delivery of components, functionalities, and services within IDP.
• Coordination of a small team of engineers, supporting their development and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Close cooperation with other engineers and DevOps on designing scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for process, technology, and architecture improvements.
• Creating technical documentation and actively contributing to the team's knowledge base.

What do we expect from you?

Requirements:

• Practical experience with programming (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, C#…).
• Experience with the Git versioning system.
• Basics of CI/CD and modern development tools.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to decompose problems.
• Ability to organize work and support team collaboration.
• Proactive approach, systematic nature, and focus on improvement.

Advantageous:

• Knowledge of SQL and propositional logic.
• Experience with data model design or working with data-intensive systems.
